TradesMill Homeowners Association  

The Association was formed in 1998 when the subdivision was originally being developed.  It was managed by the developers until mid year 2005 at which time it was turned over to the TradesMill homeowners.  Currently we have a board consisting of 5 members.  We are allowed a board of up to 7 members.  If you are interested in serving as a board member please contact us or attend one of the board meetings.

TradesMill is a deed restricted community governed by Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and By-Laws.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide maintenance of the common areas of the neighborhood, street lighting and enforcement of the CCR's and By-Laws. 

Our Goal

Our goal is to help maintain the quality of life and property values of our neighborhood.  We wish to keep our neighborhood a great place to live and raise our families. 

Dues

All dues collected by the association are used to maintain our common areas, keep the street and entrance lights on and help keep our streets relatively clear of snow and ice in the winter.  This includes lawn servce and landscaping, paying LG&E for the lighting, paying for legal fees, liability insurance and improvements on common property. 

Who We Are

By the fact that property is purchased in a deed restricted neighborhood all homeowners are members of the Association.  Membership is not optional and the act of purchasing in the neighborhood is agreement to the CCR's and By-Laws.

Board members are elected from the members. The board then elects the officers of the Association.  Board members serve without pay.
