Who We Are
The Association was formed in 1998 when the subdivision was originally
being developed. It was managed by the developers until mid year 2005 at
which time it was turned over to the TradesMill homeowners. Currently we
have a board consisting of 5 members. We are allowed a board of up to 7
members. If you are interested in serving as a board member please
contact us or attend one of the board meetings.

Our Goal
Our goal is to help maintain the quality of life and property values of our
neighborhood. We wish to keep our neighborhood a great place to live and
raise our families.

Association Dues
All dues collected by the association are used to maintain our common areas, keep the street and entrance
lights on and help keep our streets relatively clear of snow and ice in the winter. This includes lawn servce
and landscaping, paying LG&E for the lighting, paying for legal fees, liability insurance and improvements on
common property. Association dues are $150 per year.
